ACcessibility
Passengers with disabilities
We want everyone to enjoy our travel arrangements and we are happy to advise and assist you in choosing a suitable holiday/excursion. But as some of the accommodation, resorts and attractions may not cater for even minor disabilities, it is important that, when booking, you advise us of any disability, specific need or complex need you may have and any special requirements that will make sure the tour is suitable.
If a passenger requires personal assistance (e.g. feeding, dressing, toileting, mobilising) then this passenger must travel with an able-bodied companion or carer, and give written confirmation that such assistance will be provided for the entirety of the holiday. Our coach drivers are unable to provide such assistance. Carer discount may be offered, please contact us for further details.
Special Requests
You MUST advise us if you will need special facilities in the hotel, taking part in the excursions or have difficulty boarding and travelling on the coach. Before booking with us, it is your responsibility to be sure that you and your party are both physically and mentally capable of completing the itinerary.
If you need advice or further information, you should contact our office on (01529) 455809 and we will be happy to help. If you require a special diet please tell us at the time of booking or as soon as you are medically advised, together with a copy of the diet if applicable.
Wheelchairs/mobility scooters
We will be pleased to accept a maximum of two mobility scooters/walking aids per tour, however these must be able to be dismantled into parts weighing no more than 20kgs per item. We will not accept the larger selection of mobility scooters due to health/safety issues for our drivers. Dimensions of the scooter must be given at the time of booking. The disabled person must be accompanied at both ends of the journey by somebody that can aid and assist with the dismantling/loading/unloading/reassembling of the scooter. It must be advised that in modern times, many holiday resorts and visitor attractions benefit from hiring of equipment service.
Our coaches
While we can lower the steps at the front of the coach slightly, you will need to be able to climb 5 or 6 steps to reach your seats. The steps in the middle of the coach are steeper but this door will only be opened if it is safe to do so.
If you have never been with us before or seen our coaches in person, our annual showcase events are the perfect opportunity to see them for yourself. These take place at the beginning of the year (please contact us for more information).
